About This Site
This is an independent peptide reference built for the Filipino community. It exists because the gap between US-centric content and PH reality is real. Written by someone running the protocols, not selling them.
Why This Site Exists
Most peptide information online is written for Americans. The advice assumes easy access to US clinics, US-based peptide sources, Amazon Prime two-day shipping, consistent refrigeration, and a healthcare system where you can walk into a doctor's office and say "i want to run tirzepatide" and walk out with a prescription.
That's not how it works here. The PH peptide landscape is different. Sourcing is more complex. The clinic route in Makati or BGC exists but tends to cost 3-5x what independent sourcing costs. Cold chain during domestic travel (Manila to Cebu, etc.) is a real consideration. Bloodwork options are different. The diet is different (rice three times a day, not keto meal prep). The body composition reality is different (skinny-fat is common, not just "overweight").
The problem is that most of the solid peptide content out there doesnt account for these differences. US influencers give dosing advice that assumes access to pharma-grade compounding. Local clinics charge premium prices but dont always provide much beyond the compound itself. And the middle ground, real information from people actually running protocols in the Philippines, barely exists.
So i built this. It's a reference site. Not a clinic, not a vendor, not a coaching service. Just real protocols, real numbers, and real context for what it's like to run peptides in the Philippines.
Who Writes This
I'm a Filipino-American based in the Philippines. I've been running peptide protocols for years now. GLP-1s, healing peptides, growth hormone secretagogues, cognitive compounds. i track bloodwork, i read the studies (or at least the abstracts), and i log what works and what doesnt.
I'm not a doctor. I'm not a clinician. I'm not a researcher. I'm someone who got tired of reading peptide advice that didnt fully apply to the PH context, so i started documenting what actually works here. The information on this site comes from personal experience, community logs, published literature, and years of observing what people in the Filipino peptide community are running and reporting.
This site is not medical advice. It's educational reference material. If you're considering running any peptide protocol, talk to a qualified healthcare professional first. But if you're going to do your own research anyway (and let's be honest, most people in this space do), this site is here to give you a starting point that's grounded in PH reality.
How to Use This Site
The compound library is the core of this site. Each compound page covers mechanism, typical protocols, what users report, side effects, and PH-specific considerations (climate, diet, sourcing landscape, clinic markup reality).
More guides are coming. Beginner basics, sourcing principles, cost reality, side effect management, bloodwork guide, tools and calculators. The goal is to build a reference that covers the full scope of what someone in the Philippines needs to know.
Think of this site as a starting point, not gospel. The protocols listed here are what the literature suggests and what the community typically runs. Your situation might be different. Your bloodwork might show something that changes the approach. Your goals might require a different strategy. Use this as a reference, not a prescription.
Compound Pages
Each compound has a dedicated reference page covering mechanism, protocols, side effects, and PH context.

The real discussion happens on Reddit. r/phpeptideguide is where Filipino peptide users share protocols, logs, bloodwork results, and sourcing principles. It's active, it's honest, and it's the best place to ask questions.
